The Real Story Behind How Dylann Roof Got His Gun

Dylann Roof, the man accused of killing nine people at a historic black church in South Carolina, was able to buy a gun despite the fact that a background check should have prevented him from doing so.
Roof managed to obtain the gun because of a rule that allows gun dealers to transfers guns under certain conditions even if the background check on the person seeking to buy the gun has not been completed.
