Rep. Blumenauer Introduces Plan To Combat Gun Violence

Representative Earl Blumenauer held a press conference yesterday and revealed a plan to reduce gun violence called “Enough is Enough.” It consists of nine basic actions that can be taken, and he plans to introduce it in Congress.
