Multnomah County Republicans Raffling Third AR-15 In Less Than A Year. Gun Safe and Lock Not Included

The Multnomah County Republicans are raffling off an AR-15 at their Lincoln Day Dinner in honor of the Reverend Martin Luther King Jr. and President Abraham Lincoln.

Martin Luther King Jr. was a steadfast advocate of nonviolence, and preached against the use of weapons. Both King and Lincoln were assassinated with guns. Raffling off an AR-15 in honor of two great American who were killed with guns is a travesty; a better way to honor them would be to work against gun violence, not celebrate it.
