Judge Upholds Washington D.C.'s Gun Safety Law

U.S. District Judge James Boasberg has just upheld a Washington D.C. law that bans assault weapons and large capacity magazines, and requires that handguns and long guns be registered. The judge ruled that the city is combating gun violence and promoting public safety, and that this law is constitutional.
