Former Rep. Gabby Giffords: Keep Guns Out of Abusers' Hands

Former representative Gabrille Giffords and her husband Mark Kelly were in Salem on Wednesday. They applauded the passage of SB 941,
They also called on the Oregon Legislature to pass SB 525, which would prohibit people convicted of domestic violence misdemeanors or who are under restraining orders.
