2014 Concealed Weapons Law Costs Idaho Colleges $3.7 Million

By Penny Okamoto, Executive Director of Ceasefire Oregon

After a law allowing concealed carry of guns on campus was approved, Idaho’s colleges are spending $3.7 million to increase security. The schools will have to absorb the cost from existing fews.
