HB 2872 : Creates tax credits for background check fees and associated travel

HB 2872 could set an interesting precedent for tax credits. Will Oregonians receive credits for Vehicle Emissions Tests at DEQ? For travel to and from the DEQ?

This is a tax break Oregonians cannot afford.
